Here, we are going to see how to create a hole using the SIMPLE HOLE FEATURE.

There is a reason, why we need this feature is that till now we are creating hole using the extrude cut feature. In that, we have to first draw a circle and then we have to remove material using the extrude cut feature.

Here simple hole feature is combination of both, that is you need not to create first sketch and then remove material.

You have to simply give some parameter and add location of hole.

Here we will see, how to install creo 3.0 on windows 8/8.1/10 step by step.
So now, let us begin it.

How to activate real view graphics in solidworks ?

Realview graphics gives us the most realistic view of our 3D models and assemblies.

So let us see, how to activate realview graphics.

To activate real view graphics in solidworks, follow the below steps :

STEP 1 : On the desktop, press [ WINDOWS + R ] and RUN will open.

STEP 2 : Type [ regedit ] and press [ ENTER ]

                 

                           

STEP 3 :  Now follow this path ( You can follow path by pressing an arrow adjecant to name )

HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Solidworks > Solidworks 2015/2016/2017 > Performance > Graphics > Hardware  and click on current. 

You will find this window.

 STEP 3 : Now double click on the [ Renderer ] , following window will open and copy Value data. 

STEP 4 : Then go to Hardware > GI2Shaders > Other.

               Now right click on the Other, go to the New and click on the Key.

STEP 5 : Paste in this box and click ENTER.

STEP 6 : Now right click on the work space and go to New and click on DWORD(32-bit) Value.

             

You will see following window :

STEP 7 : Type workarounds in the box.

STEP 8 : Now double click on the workarounds and following window will open.

             Type 30008 in the value data and in the base click Hexadecimal radio               button.

             Then click on OK.

STEP 9 : Now close the RUN and open SOLIDWORKS and open a PART.

STEP 10 : Now click on the Realview Graphics.
